The CMV valve is available for pressure or vacuum service. The only difference between the two is that the vacuum service valve is leak checked on a helium leak tester. The valve is leak tested across the valve and to atmosphere to a leak rate of less than 1x10-8 mbar.ls-1
The CMV valve is available with three different needle sizes. The smallest, 1 produces a flow of 20 sccm at 20 turns. Needle 2 produces 1000 sccm and needle 3, 3000 sccm. All flows are at 1bar differential pressure.
The CMV valve is only currently available with Perlast ® seals.
The inlet port can be configured to have the following fitting types:

[2] 1/8" double ferrule tube fittings
[3] 6mm double ferrule tube fittings
[4] ¾" double ferrule tube fittings
[5] NW 10KF fittings
The outlet port can be configured to have the following fitting types:

[3] 6mm double ferrule tube fittings
[4] ¾" double ferrule tube fittings
[5] NW 10KF fittings
The CMV valve can be fitted with a turns counting dial to allow rotational position to be accurately set.
